Planetside 2 overlay broken

ok so ive been trying to get the overlay to show within planetside 2, for the achivement pop up and such.

but i cant seem to get it to work.

running stat tracker v0.9.2.8 and ps2 in admin modes, and im running windows 8.1 64bit.

in the overlay menu i have "Enable Direct-X" checked, in the options its set to version x84 with persistant hud checked

any help in fixing this would be welcomed, thanks

I figured out what the issue was for me.
Had to update the program and just the same, the overlay saying it's starting shows up on load, but no HUD/achievements/call outs ect. were happening.
Looked into the options and saw this; Load Default.

Just had to load the UI on start up.
