Planetside freezing right after logging in

Can you try going in options, turning on beta participation then going to help-update and see if the new version works better?

I did the update so now my version is 0.10.1.8 It still does it after the update. I haven't tried to use the overlay in about a month or two. I just tried again tonight and that's when it started happening.
