How to extract audio from .rtst_vpk files?

Hey guys, I love the work everyone is doing here to help with their mods. I was curious, how do I extract the audio from these audio packs? I was trying to create a soundboard with my stream deck but having a really hard time figuring out how to get the audio files out of the pack. I can preview them in the tracker but getting the ogg files seems a bit more involved. Thanks for all the help in advance!
