Try renaming the new msi file to rtstupdate.msi

Then when you uninstall and it brings up the directory message prompt as in the first picture, point to the rtstupdate.msi and see if that removes it. Then install it again from the same file.


If that doesn't work, you might want to try a program such as CCleaner to clean up the registry entries that would have been set when windows installed it originally. Then you may be able to install the new version again.

Also, redownload the newest version from the site. I just updated the installer to 0.10.3.2.

I also redownloaded and cleaned registry. I ran CCleaner on both windows and applications but still nothing CCleaner cannot remove or uninstall it either!
