Stuck in Offline Mode and Can't Update or Reinstall

Hi all,

I recently downloaded RSTS this morning, and it worked flawlessly the first time I tried it. I closed the Planetside and RSTS temporarily to download a couple voicepacks and crosshairs I wanted to try. When I relaunched both, I was able to see the overlay and crosshair, but the tracker itself was not tracking.

Now, I am stuck in offline mode and have the Update Required message. When I go to the update screen, it shows a a progress bar with no explanation and no progress being made.

I have RSTS 0.10.3.3 and Windows 8.1 x64.





Edit: Sorry for the double post... I'm not used to the forum. Working on deleting other one.
