Setting Sanctioned/Unsanctioned weapons.

Requesting a setting that will ignore your kills/deaths using weapons that are not counted in your iVi KDR in places such as Dasanfall and will adjust shown KDR in the overlay accordingly.

The problem with this is that there's no standardized list of IVI sanctioned weapons. Recursion, DA, Fisu, and Voidwell all have different things they consider infantry only.

IVI is shown for saved session data only. This likely won't change for the core application. Only thing we likely do at some point (for save sessions) is separate max kills/deaths into separate tracking.

The whole sanctioned weapon thing for infantry is kind of silly.
