A Reticle in the Center of the screen for the Persistent in-game HUD?

So I used to have a tool that would place a dot in the center of the screen for aiming purposes because most of the sights in-game are misaligned from where the bullets are originating, along with that annoying COF bloom indicator being show it just made the 1x sights rather annoying. So I've been resorting to placing a piece of tape with a black sharpie dot on the center of my screen.

Seeing as how the Stat Tracker has updated with this ingame overlay I was wondering if it would be possible to place either a small customize-able reticle in the center of your screen?
