In-game Overlay has a weird interaction with Windows 11 Settings popup windows

The issue:

Whenever Recursion Stat Tracker is running and In-game Overlay turned ON in the settings, popup windows in Windows 11 settings (the small windows that appear when you click Add Device, Add E-mail account, etc) attempt to open for about a frame or so and then close immediately. Further attempts to open them yield no results.

The issue is not present when Recursion is not running OR when In-game Overlay is turned off.

This is clearly not a big deal since I can just run Recursion only when I run Planetside 2, but it is a minor annoyance.
