My overlay not works

How do I find this magical "executable's properties"?

Right-click the Recursion executable (RTST.exe) and then select Properties; however, this will not solve the current overlay issue since RTST is not compatible with Planetside 2's new DX11 update. Work in progress for this at the moment.

I haven't encountered such a problem myself, but some have had this problem after the update.

Have you explored the suggested solution mentioned in the previous post, which involves right-clicking the Recursion executable and selecting Properties, to address the overlay issue with Planetside 2's new DX11 update?
