Per Character Voice Pack Assignment / Random Voice Pack

It would be nice to have different voice packs assigned to different characters. That way we could have TR / VS / NC themed voice packs assigned to our characters and not have to switch between them manually. This could be a drop-down selection under the Player Management list, next to the Auto-track checkbox.

You would of course want a Default Voice pack selection that runs whatever Voice Pack is currently selected under Tools > Options > Audio pane.

And then that also opens up the possibility of having the ability to select Random as the voice pack assigned to a character so that you never know which VP is going to run.
