Is it possible to add new achievements?

I don't know if anybody is still developing this software, but I have a few in mind:

Kill a player with the Max punch => "BITCH SLAPPED"

A bounty has been placed on you => "DEAD MAN" or "WANTED MAN"

Kill a player with a bounty placed on him => "THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY"

Destroy a Construction building => "MINECRAFT DESTROYER"

Can additional achievements be incorporated into the existing software, and if so, how might it impact the overall gaming experience?
