    Exclamation RTST Detroying my FPS

    Your OS and version: Windows 8.1 x64

    The version of RTST: 0.9.2.8

    Description of the problem: So Everytime I run RTST I seem to have problems when ingame where my FPS drop all the way to 10 or less, I did read about overwolf and have tried the instructions and also turned it off completly but this has not solved the problems or fixing framework.

    What you were doing last: Nothing impacting my PC, Just browsing youtube

    I have no debug logs, sorry.

    Are you running other overlay software (i.e. overwolf)?

    Did you disable the in game overlay, and if so, does that resolve it?
