I also got a strange error regarding the audio, "An error has occurred: WaveBadFormat calling waveOutOpen". I have just update to version 0.9.1.2 and an USB headset Gamecom 780. Didn't had any errors before.

We haven't touched the audio system for quite some time. Make sure you have latest audio drivers installed. Go into Tools->Options->Configuration and try selecting the USB headset as an output device manually. You can press the big achievement button to try and play a sound.
