Click "Tools" -> Options -> Display -> and it's the section named "HUD - Tiny: HUD Panel". There you can set the Position where X= Horizontal on your screen and Y= Vertical on your screen. You can't change how it looks like in game but you can change the stream overlay (that only show up using something like OBS). To find that click "Overlay" -> "Streaming Overlay" -> right click the new thing that pops up -> "Overlay Image".

If you want to change the image that pops up whenever you get something like a headshot or killstreak: "Tools" -> Audio -> Configure -> and click the button at the bottom center portion where it shows the standard green pop up that's labelled "...".

First, find a voice pack that you are interested in. You can check out the Mods subforum on this website or search for search for them on reddit.com/r/planetside. I personally recommend the Space Marines Mk.II voice pack which you can download here.

Once you have the voice pack file that you want downloaded, move it into the Recursion install directory to make it easier to find.

Then launch Recursion and select [Tools]->[Options] from the menu bar, then the [Audio] tab at the top of the window that appears.

Finally, click [Load] and find the voice pack file that you downloaded earlier (ex. VoicePackName.rtst_vpk), apply and save your changes, and you're done.
