Just curious if anyone knows on average how long it takes to get a response? No surprise they didn't accept me right away, but they also didn't reject me. It's been quite a while imo. Is this a good sign/normal? Do they inform you when you're rejected or do they just kinda let your application rot away? Also do they give feedback when they reject you so you know what you have to improve/build on? Just curious
